Town Centre Securities refinances Merrion House

Town Centre Securities (TCS) has received £26.4m in advanced rent from Leeds City Council to be used as a refinancing arrangement on its Merrion House development.

Merrion House is jointly and equally owned by TCS and the council through the Merrion House Limited Liability Partnership, with LCC occupying the building on a 25-year lease.
