Helical has let the top floor of its The Tower office building within The Bower scheme to Finablr Venture Holdings, the owner of Travelex and UAE Exchange.
The foreign exchange fintech platform has signed for 11,329 sq ft on the 17th floor within the second phase of the Old Street scheme on a 10 year lease at a rent of £83/sq ft.
This latest letting follows Helical’s recent leasing of the 10th and 11th floors at The Tower to Infosys’ Brilliant Basics and takes The Bower’s second phase office building to 70% let. The duo join online luxury fashion platform Farfetch and flexible workspace giant WeWork, which have taken floors seven to nine and one to six respectively at The Tower.
