The foreign exchange fintech platform has signed for 11,329 sq ft on the 17th floor within the second phase of the Old Street scheme on a 10 year lease at a rent of £83/sq ft.

This latest letting follows Helical’s recent leasing of the 10th and 11th floors at The Tower to Infosys’ Brilliant Basics and takes The Bower’s second phase office building to 70% let. The duo join online luxury fashion platform Farfetch and flexible workspace giant WeWork, which have taken floors seven to nine and one to six respectively at The Tower.
