Trillium to put surplus government space under the hammer

Trillium has instructed Pugh & Co, SVA Property Auctions and Nelson Bakewell to sell an initial 35 lots from the DWP-owned Employment Services Estate (ESE) in events on 21 and 28 April and 13 May. Guide prices for the lots range from £75,000 to £700,000.
