Trinity Square set to close famous car park

The car park that starred alongside Michael Caine in 1971 film Get Carter is to close on 8 June ahead of demolition for Tesco’s redevelopment of Trinity Square in Gateshead into a supermarket, 40 shops, 1,000 student flats and 20,000 sq ft of offices.
