The development arm of Tritax Big Box REIT is replacing several of its legacy systems with Yardi’s commercial property software suite.
The cloud-based platform will handle Tritax Symmetry’s property development, accounting and asset management. In all, the developer will deploy four of Yardi’s software solutions through the platform.
“Moving to the Yardi platform is a strategic move for us given the size of our logistics portfolio and the complexity of financial control around development activity,” said Will Oliver, finance director for Tritax Symmetry.
“We were seeking a single system that provides efficiency, transparency of asset performance and the ability to report on projects and forecast through the full property lifecycle,” Oliver added. “Yardi was an obvious choice.”
