Investment firm Triton has let 55,000 sq ft of office space in Frankfurt’s first-ever hybrid office and residential tower, Omniturm.
It is expected to move into its new offices to the 581,250 sq ft tower acquired by Commerz Real Estate last September, in March 2020.
