Two new MDs appointed as Springfield reports profit growth

Scottish housebuilder Springfield Properties has announced the appointment of two new managing directors in its private housing division alongside a trading update showing revenue and profit growth for H1.

Dave Main, who has been with Springfield for almost 20 years, has been promoted from development manager to managing director for the north of Scotland while Peter Matthews, a former senior executive at Keepmoat Homes and Taylor Wimpey, has joined Springfield as managing director for central Scotland.
