Swiss investment bank UBS has bought the Atlantis office development in Brussels from the Codic Group for an undisclosed amount.
The speculative 333,000 sq ft office scheme is under construction and will be completed in 2010.
It is located on the E40 motorway and is on the border of the Brussels region and Berchem Sainte-Agathe.
Codic Group is a German development company and this year also sold the Zenith Tower- a 323,000 sq ft speculative development in Brussels’ North District, this year for €125m (£86m) to closed-ended German fund Meag Euro Pro.
German investors have accounted for 10% of commercial real estate investments in Belgium so far this year.
Jones Lang LaSalle’s capital markets team advised Codic.
