Beckham has signed a deal to take 15,000 sq ft of office space at 202 Hammersmith Road and will pay a rent of £58.50/sq ft on a 10-year lease.

The deal means that 202 Hammersmith Road, which has recently been refurbished, will be fully let to the luxury fashion label.

In 2015, the former Spice Girl was reported to be in negotiations to take 40,000 sq ft of office and studio space at Garden House, within the BBC’s Media Village complex in White City. Last year, however, the plans were shelved.

Hanover Green and JLL are joint agents for Aberdeen. Crossland Otter Hunt acted for Victoria Beckham. All parties declined to comment.
