Welput commits to UK’s largest office scheme since the pandemic

Welput, the central London office fund managed by BentallGreenOak (BGO), is set to develop the largest speculative office scheme to in London since the pandemic.

The 470,000 sq ft office at 105 Victoria Street in Victoria will be the largest all-electric office in the UK, and all the development’s energy will be supplied from fully renewable sources, with no gas supply and no diesel generator.
