Welsh manage largest buyout

Nigel Jones and Trevor Carr, who have spent the last decade running Halifax's branches in west Wales, have now bought all 13 offices west of Swansea. They will rename the practice John Francis – the trading name before Halifax bought the chain in the late 1980s.
