West London urban logistics development gets go-ahead

Planning granted - Chancerygate and Bridges will build Harlequin Business Park, a £40m, 90,000 sq ft development in Hayes (CGI of development shown)

Harlequin Business Park will comprise nine units ranging from 5,100 sq ft to 39,700 sq ft and has a projected gross development value of around £40m.
