Westminsters licensing policy

Sir, I am writing in response to an article in January’s issue of Theme magazine and featured on BBC news, in which Audrey Lewis, a cabinet member for licensing at Westminster City Council, raised the longstanding issue of the number of licences for premises in Soho and Covent Garden.
