WeWork launches leasing brokerage pilot aimed at SMEs

Flexible workspace giant WeWork has announced plans to create a new leasing brokerage service aimed specifically at small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) with a pilot project in New York.

Offering what WeWork’s chief growth officer Dave Fano described as “holistic real estate solutions both within and outside of WeWork”, the new service, called WeWork Space Services, will launch as a pilot this September.
