William Ewart buys Victoria Place

William Ewart Properties has confirmed that it has exchanged contracts to buy the Metro Fund’s 83,000 sq ft Victoria Place shopping scheme in central London for £92.5m, reflecting an initial yield of 5.4%. Savills advised Evans; Franc Warwick acted for Metro. Ulster Bank provided funding.
