WiredScore secures Patrizia's Dupree to head up London markets

Digital connectivity firm WiredScore has made a high-profile hire from real estate fund Patrizia as it targets expansion of the ratings platform in London.

Hamish Dupree has joined WiredScore as head of London markets to focus on client development with landlords, identifying prospects, and increasing the adoption of the Wired Certification product across the capital. He joins from Patrizia, where he was senior associate focused on UK transactions, sourcing and executing investments across diverse asset classes and prior to that he worked at Cushman & Wakefield in the central London capital markets team.
