Workspace report shows office landlords going green to beat competition

The need to keep pace with competitors is the primary factor motivating office landlords to make sustainability improvements, research from workspace specialists infinitSpace and The Instant Group has found.

InfinitSpace, creator of white-label, tech-enabled, flexible workspaces, and The Instant Group commissioned market research firm Censuswide to survey 250 commercial landlords with UK offices.
