Workspace seals ‘spectacular’ Sainsbury’s deal

Sainsbury’s has agreed to pre-lease 1 Union Street on a 15-year lease, with a five-year break option, at £2m a year. Sainsbury’s, whose headquarters is nearby in Stamford Street, needs more space to house its central departments. It was advised by Healey & Baker.
