WP Carey secures Lisbon landmark shed

WP Carey has acquired a distribution centre near Lisbon, Portugal, for around €43m.

The distribution centre, acquired off-market, is under an existing triple-net lease with Sonae MC, Portugal’s leading food retailer.

The 534,000 sq facility is located in the Azambuja logistics park, Portugal’s prime logistics hub, located 25 minutes north of Lisbon.
