Wykeland snaps up over 100,000 sq ft of retail space in Hull

Hull-based developer Wykeland has bought a 60,000 sq ft former Marks & Spencer shop in Hull city centre from the retailer as well as a nearby 42,000 sq ft retail unit from a Jersey-based property fund.
