Yalla Yalla replaces Il Pomodoro

Yalla Yalla, a Lebanese restaurant, has taken a 10-year lease from the Langham Estate for the 2,000 sq ft former Il Pomodoro restaurant at 12 Winsley Street, just off Market Place, in central London, at £90,000 a year. Shelley Sandzer advised both tenants.
