Helical to build £120m office over Farringdon station

Helical farringdon

Helical will develop a £120m office building above the new Farringdon East Crossrail station after exchanging contracts with Transport for London (TfL).

A new 150 year lease is to be granted on handover of the site which is due in April 2018 shortly after which construction is expected to begin.
