Commercial consultant Marick has appointed David Blackburn as its new head of cost management.
Blackburn will lead the firm’s commercial and contracts team and 35 years of experience across mixed-use sectors of commercial, residential, hospitality and industrial development.
He joins from Faithful & Gould where was a regional director and headed a cost management team delivering a wide range of developments across the UK.
In recent years, Marick has helped develop the Hampton by Hilton at Royal Docks in London and Lear Sunderland.
