For the past 15 years, Wilson has specialised in city centre mandates, including the launch of Trinity Leeds for LandSec and the letting of Princesshay in Exeter for The Crown Estate.

Distrkt co-founder Camilla Topham said: “The scope of our work is now nationwide and with Henry’s vast experience and expertise, he will be playing a key role in the growth of our Manchester office, where we have numerous exciting projects on the horizon for 2024.”

Set up five years ago by Topham and Michael Webb, Distrkt has worked on high-profile projects including The Shaftesbury Capital estate, Borough Yards and Somerset House in London. It specialises in lifestyle, restaurants and leisure, and collaborates with clients across London, the UK and Europe.

Commenting on his new position, Wilson said: “Getting the blend of leisure, F&B and retail right in city centre schemes is now pivotal to their success and overall draw. As Distrkt’s instructions demonstrate, they are already a trusted consultant for many major landlords and we will be looking to build on that. Having previously been a colleague of Camilla, I’m excited by the prospect of working with her and the rest of the Distrkt team.”
