Knight Frank expands UK hotels team

Knight Frank has appointed Ryan Lynn as a partner in its hotel agency team.

Lynn, who will be based out of Knight Frank’s Manchester office, has 15 years brokerage experience. He spent nine years in Christie & Co’s corporate hotel team covering the UK markets, specifically the North of England & Scotland and, more recently, he was a business development lender at a finance company in Yorkshire.
