Retail assets with guide prices above £1.5m are among the 220 lots set to go under the hammer in December

Allsop has unveiled a 141-lot catalogue for its commercial auction on 4 December, including the star of the sale – a parade of high street shops in Sevenoaks, Kent.

The three-floor building arranged as three ground-floor shops with offices above has a £2.5m guide price and generates a rental income of £185,500 a year. A sale at the asking price would reflect a 7% yield.
