Allsop to offer brace of Ipswich office buildings for £7m in July

Allsop Commercial is offering a lot comprising two adjoining office buildings in Ipswich, Suffolk, at its next auction with a guide price of between £6.9m and £7m.

The two blocks, which cover a total of 42,000 sq ft, will be the highest-value lot offered on the day.

Other large lots include a high-street shopping centre in Dudley, West Midlands, guided at £5m; a Debenhams store in King’s Lynn, Norfolk, guided at £4.5m; a bank with upper offices in Sheffield, Yorkshire, guided at £3.2m; a retail park in Larne, County Antrim, guided at £3.2m; and a trading estate with industrial and office space in Luton, Bedfordshire, guided at £2.2m to £2.5m.
