The developers behind Battersea Power Station told Property Week that a new, landmark deal with Apple would “underpin the destination” and could lead to more of the scheme’s space being converted into offices.
The tech giant had agreed to become the site’s anchor tenant, occupying 500,000 sq ft across six floors of the central Boiler House for its new London campus.
Billed as ‘the Everest of real estate’, the much-anticipated Battersea Power Station building has now been completed and opens to the public on 14 October.
