Olympian Homes completed a forward funding deal with iQ Student Accommodation to develop two schemes, with 1,952 student beds, in Leeds and Coventry.
The schemes, which have a combined GDV of £194m, have since reached practical completion. The 37-storey Leeds scheme (pictured) is iQ’s third in the city and the 1,200-bed Coventry project was built in two phases across three buildings.
Cain International recently committed to forward fund £1.5bn of purpose-built student accommodation developed and operated by Fusion Students in UK university cities.
