Tritax Big Box revealed it had let a 151,388 sq ft warehouse in Doncaster to pet food business Butternut Box – in what was the developer’s first speculative letting at Symmetry Park. 

The brand took on a 15-year lease and said it planned to invest “significantly” in the fit-out, adding it would employ up to 500 people when the site was operational.

Almost two years later, in May 2022, Tritax Symmetry revealed it had signed a 15-year lease agreement with DIY retailer B&Q on a new 430,000 sq ft design-and-build facility at the logistics park.
