Allsop Irish distressed property sale

The Allsop/Space Irish distressed property auction on 23 September in Dublin will offer a catalogue of 74 residential and commercial properties go under the hammer. The previous two auctions raised €30m. The July sale achieved a 95% success rate and 34% of lots were sold above the maximum reserve.
