Lincoln MGT to target London and Europe BTR after Reading

US developer Lincoln and UK firm MGT restart stalled Station Hill scheme as they embark on European BTR push

It is the first acquisition for Lincoln MGT, a new joint venture between US giant Lincoln Property Company and British firm MGT Investment Management that is preparing to take the scheme forward 10 years after the original planning permission was obtained.   

In its first interview, Lincoln MGT’s top team reveals its plans for the site and how it intends to expand its build-to-rent (BTR) interests to London and other European cities.
