Barberry Developments to develop £50m Coventry retail and leisure scheme

Midlands-based Barberry Developments has completed the purchase of a 200,000 sq ft former Royal Mail sorting centre in Coventry city centre where it plans to develop a £50m superstore, retail and leisure scheme.
