Five developments have been shortlisted following a public vote for Property Week’s most innovative development of the last 20 years.
The shortlist for the award, to be presented at the Property Awards this month, comprises:
- King’s Cross, London
- Liverpool One, Liverpool
- One Angel Square, Manchester
- The Shard, London
- Tea Building, London
The award was launched to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the Property Awards.
The winner from the five shortlisted developments will be chosen through a live vote at the awards on 21 April.
The award is sponsored by James Andrew International and its associated companies.
