Civitas unaffected by Covid-19 pandemic and raises investor payout

Civitas Social Housing has reported a robust performance in the first half of its financial year with rental income not affected by Covid-19.

The FTSE 250-listed real estate investment trust that focuses on social care housing and healthcare facilities posted a diluted basic net asset value per share of 108.01p for the six months to the end of September, up 0.7% from 107.23p a share a year prior.
