Net asset value (NAV) at Picton Property has nudged up to 94p in the six months to the end of September, compared to 92p at the same point last year.
However, despite the rise in NAV pre-tax profit slumped from £18.9m in 2018, to £14.5m in the same six month this year. Earnings per share were also down, from 3.5p last year to 2.7p, and total shareholder return plummeted from 6.4% to just 0.3%.
