Persimmon recruits Bank of England exec to the board

Joanna Place Persimmon

Persimmon has boosted its board with the appointment the chief operating officer (COO) at the Bank of England as an independent non-executive director.

Joanna Place will take up her seat on the housebuilder’s board at the beginning of April, and will also join the company’s remuneration and nomination committees.  She will also chair the corporate responsibility Committee.
