REI seeks Brexit opportunities after NAV rises in 2018

Real Estate Investors has posted a slight rise in net asset value (NAV) off the back of a 5.1% rise in revenue during 2018.

The Midlands real estate investment trust, which has a portfolio of 1.55m sq ft of commercial property, saw NAV per share rise 0.6% to 69.3p during the year to the end of December, while revenue rose to £15.6m from £14.9m in 2017.
