Springfield Properties has taken a £6m hit to full year profit following the delay of home sale completions during the Covid-19 lockdown.
The Scottish private and affordable housing group posted an adjusted pre-tax profit for the 12 months to the end of May of £10.2m, compared to £16.5m last year.
