Housebuilding giant Vistry has revealed first-half profits will be “well ahead” of expectations as pent-up demand from the Covid-19 lockdowns is set to boost sales.
Vistry increased its forecast for annual pre-tax profit to £325m, compared to previous guidance of £310m.
