Winkworth suffers sharp annual profit fall

Winkworth Chief Executive Dominic Agace

Profit at estate agent group M Winkworth slumped 23% in 2022, but remained ahead of pre-pandemic levels.

Pre-tax profit fell from £3.21m in 2021 to £2.47m in the year to the end of December 2022, while revenue fell from £9.45m to £9.31m.
