Barings sells St James’s scheme for £71m

Barings has sold a prime St James’s asset to Frankfurt-based Cara Real Estate for £71m.

The deal for 7-10 Waterloo Place in London’s West End, which reflects a net initial yield of 4.06%, follows three years of repositioning of the 35,000 sq ft building by Barings.
