CEREIT secures second deal of 2019 with €113m Finnish portfolio purchase

Cromwell European Real Estate Investment Trust (CEREIT) has acquired a portfolio of 11 offices in Finland for €113.1m (£102.3m).

The deal is CEREIT’s second major acquisition of 2019, having purchased two office properties in the Netherlands for €127.6m yesterday, and takes its total portfolio value to close to €2bn managed through its integrated European investment asset management platform Cromwell Property Group.
