Green quits LSL’s PRSim for flatmate start-up

Jo Green, a former director of PRS and build to rent (BTR) client services at LSL’s PRSim, has joined as UK sales director of Ideal Flatmate, the UK’s first compatibility based flatsharing site.

Green joins the start-up as ideal flatmate begins its national expansion following its launch in London and Manchester. She will also lead the group’s BTR portal called Select. This advertising portal opens up the flatsharing demographic to build to rent developers. Green brings 20 years of experience in the PRS and BTR to the business.
