Jaguar Land Rover agrees five-year lease renewal in Ellesmere Port

Car manufacturer Jaguar Land Rover has agreed a five-year lease renewal on its logistics warehouse in Ellesmere Port with Clearbell and Barwood.

Clearbell Property Partners III and Barwood Regional Property Growth Fund IV have agreed an annual headline rent of £2.6m on the 440,000 sq ft space, which sits on a 21-acre site close to junctions 6 and 7 of the M53 motorway
