US shed giant ProLogis has completed a pair of lettings to third-party logistics provider Kuehne & Nagel at two of its European schemes.

ProLogis said this morning that it had let a total of 910,000 sq ft to Kuehne & Nagel – 540,000 sq ft at its Wellingborough scheme in East Midlands and 370,000 sq ft at Park Isle d’Abeau in France.

ProLogis Park Wellingborough comprises three properties and was developed with the aim of serving logistics providers who use motorways including the A14, A45 and M1.

Monsoon Accessories and Homebase are also at the park.

ProLogis Park Isle d' Abeau in France is near Lyon international airport, central Lyon and Grenoble.

It serves the A43 motorway and is in a prime location for distribution to Paris, Marseille, Milan and Barcelona via the A6/A7 motorway. ProLogis owns 16 facilities in the park.

ProLogis declined to reveal the terms of the lettings.
