The membership offers a range of benefits that help support career development and expand networks. By joining BWRE, members gain access to events, networking and workshops, where they can learn from experts in the field and connect with other members.

Nii Klotey Quaye, founder and managing director of QS, said: “We are proud to contribute to the professional development of Black women who are in the early stages of their careers. By providing access to a network filled with experienced and accomplished real estate experts, we are certain we will be helping them to receive an invaluable, constructive impact on their careers in the long term. BWRE’s dedication to promoting diversity and inclusion by addressing under-representation in the industry aligns perfectly with our values of integrity and sustainability.”

Hanna Afolabi, founder of BWRE, shared her enthusiasm: “We are excited about QS’s support of our mission to increase the number of Black women in the sector by providing them with the necessary support to thrive. As Black women, we often find ourselves isolated without a community, even in diverse spaces where we remain a minority. By supporting junior Black women in real estate, we can alleviate this feeling and increase their chances of thriving at work. We hope this is just the beginning of more campaigns like this, further increasing support for the important work our organisation does.”

BWRE is an organisation that connects and empowers Black women within the real estate industry. With a network of 400 women, BWRE addresses the issue of under-representation of diversity by creating spaces for Black women to connect, empower one another and grow their reach and influence through a combined voice.

The campaign will take place online between 26 June and 21 July 2023. Applicants can apply here
