CB Richard Ellis head of industrial for Leeds, Stephen Tonkin has left the company.
Tonkin announced his departure to peers this afternoon, stating he would form an independent consultancy business specialising in industrial property.
The business would aim to provide a service throughout Yorkshire, Humberside and the Tyne-Tees region.
He joined CBRE in March 2006 from Atisreal. Prior to this, Tonkin worked for Chesterton and Sanderson Weatherall.
