Wallop Estates, through investment firm Nightingale Partners, has bought three industrial units in Croydon for £4.6m from the RREEF UK Industrial Fund.
Wallop Estates has bought units 1-3 Brazil Close, on Beddington Farm Road – Croydon’s main industrial area. The three units total 61,593 sq ft and the deal represents a net initial yield of 9.5%.
The scheme is fully let to tenants including Geopost UK, trading as Parceline. Geopost has 13 years remaining on its lease. Annual rental income is £458,000.
