Owners and occupiers in the industrial and logistics sector face many challenges as they plan ahead for 2023, with rising inflation, interest rate hikes and the weakness of the pound adding to a long list of existing issues including planning, land availability and environmental regulation.

To explore how these and other factors are affecting firms, Property Week is working in partnership with Savills, Tritax Symmetry and Analytiqa to track sentiment across the industrial and logistics sector. The research has been carried annually over the past five years, tracking changes in attitudes over the months and years.

Please help us today by completing our sixth survey, which will add to the long-term insights we aim to give back to those working in the sector.

As the global economic picture changes rapidly, your answers will help us gain an up-to-date picture of thinking across the UK. We are interested in the views of everyone working in the sector: occupiers, agents, landlords, advisors, developers and investors. Completing the questionnaire should take about five minutes.

As a further incentive, the survey includes entry into a competition to win a £500 Amazon voucher.

Results will appear in an upcoming edition of Property Week.
